All uninvoiced transactions for this brand where price ≠ invoiced will be included. Transactions outside the period appear as correction lines.

Re-stamps the price on transactions for a brand + date range using the billing rate that was in effect on each upload date. Already-invoiced transactions are updated too — the delta will appear as a correction line on the next invoice.
